脊柱关节突骨关节炎研究现状及进展

摘要
关节突关节是脊柱运动节段的重要组成部分,为滑膜关节。关节突关节在维持脊柱稳定方面发挥着重要的作用,且可以与椎间盘协同完成脊柱屈伸、侧弯、旋转等运动,关节突关节的骨关节炎是脊柱退行性疾病的重要原因,当其发生时,可能导致一系列病理生理变化并出现相应症状,如腰痛、下肢麻痛等,甚至因马尾神经受损导致二便障碍,对其进行深入研究有利于这些疾病的治疗,目前,对于关节突关节骨关节炎的病理机制、诊断标准、治疗方式等问题仍存在较多争议,有待进一步研究。
