三维重建皮瓣血管的研究现状

摘要
<正>随着经济的迅速发展,机动车辆的剧增和道路状况的拥挤、机器碾压、重物击打、挤压伤、电击灼烧等各种原因,导致上肢血管神经损伤的病例日趋增多,而其致残率较高,给社会和家庭带来沉重的负担。由此皮瓣移植对此类问题带来了希望,如穿支皮瓣。皮瓣是一具有血液供应的皮肤及其附着的皮下脂肪组织、肌组织所形成,也称带蒂皮瓣移植。1皮肤的结构与生理皮肤由表皮、真皮、皮下组织(浅筋膜)组成,真皮可分为浅在的乳头层和深在的网状层。真皮下血
