摘要

目的观测颅骨矢状缝的颅内缝及颅外缝弧长、形态、愈合程度,为临床外科手术及法医学鉴定提供理论依据。方法采用软皮尺测量矢状缝弧长;将颅内、外矢状缝分为四段:人字点段、顶孔段、顶骨段、前囟段,对颅内、外矢状缝形态、愈合程度进行非测量性观察。结果颅骨矢状缝弧长为(127.30±13.20)mm,颅内、外矢状缝及矢状缝不同部位的形态各异,愈合程度不一致,呈现不均一性。结论通过对颅内、外矢状缝的形态研究,认为颅内、外矢状缝各段具有个高度特异性,同一颅缝不同部位其构型也大不相同。
Objective Observation of skull sagittal suture of intracranial and extracranial seam arc length,shape,degree of healing,as to provide theoretical basis for clinical surgery and forensic medicine appraisal.Methods Using a soft tape measure measuring sagittal suture arc length;Intracranial,sagittal suture can be divided into four sections:herringbone point,top hole section,parietal,former fontanelle paragraphs,with intracranial,sagittal suture morphology,degree of healing,the measurement of the observation.Results Skull sagittal suture arc length of(127.30±13.20)mm,intracranial,sagittal suture and forms,from different parts of the sagittal suture healing degree,presents heterogeneity.Conclusion Based on the morphological study of intracerebral,sagittal suture,think outside the intracranial,sagittal suture paragraphs have a high specificity and the same at different positions of the cranial suture its configuration are also quite different.
