优质、高产小麦新品种(系)“豫同12-140”的辐射选育

摘要
为了选育优质、高产小麦新品种,以半冬性、中高杆、抗病性差、产量一般的优质小麦品系"郑麦366"干种子为试验材料,通过~(60)Co-γ射线辐射诱变和田间连续选择,选育出春性、矮秆、早熟,兼具大穗大粒、高蛋白质、高面筋优质小麦新品种(系)"豫同12-140"。测交试验结果表明,"豫同12-140"的矮秆和早熟等优异性状都属于隐性单基因突变。
In order to breed new wheat varieties with high quality and high yield,this study regards "Zhengmai 366" as research objects,that is semi winter,semi-dwarf,susceptible,medium yield level major wheat varieties.Through the ~(60)Co-y mutagenesis and field continuous selection,the high-quality wheat varieties(lines) "Yutong 12-140" was bred,with spring,dwarf,early maturity,big spike and big grain,high protein,high gluten characteristics.Genetic analysis indicated that dwarf and early character of "Yutong 12-140" both were controlled by single recessive gene.
