低压配电网相间负荷不平衡优化模型的研究

摘要
本文以配变台区三相电流不平衡度最小和换相开关相间切换次数最少为优化目标,构建了一种离散非线性多目标数学优化模型,并对该模型采用加速粒子群算法求解,确定各相负荷的最优接入相序,据此得出低压配电网中三相不平衡负荷科学有效的调整策略。对比加速粒子群算法与基本粒子群算法对模型求解的仿真结果,表明加速粒子群算法在求解过程中具有更快的收敛速度,并得到了在三相电流不平衡度最小的情况下,换相成本最低的负荷调整方案。实验结果验证了所提出的优化模型和求解方法的可行性。
In order to seek a scientific and effective adjustment scheme of three-phase unbalanced load in low-voltage distribution network, this paper establishes a dispersed and nonlinear multiple objective mathematical model. In the model, the optimization goal is that the unbalance radio of three-phase current for distribution area is lowest and the switching frequency of phase switch is least during commutation. Then the mathematical model can be obtained based on the accelerated particle swarm optimization algorithm. By the comparison of simulation results between the accelerated particle swarm algorithm and the basic particle swarm algorithm, it indicates that, the accelerated particle swarm optimization algorithm has a faster convergence speed in the model solving process. Besides, the commutation strategy with the smallest commutation cost is obtained under the condition that the unbalance radio of three-phase current the smallest. The experimental result verifies the proposed optimization model and solving algorithm are feasible.
