摘要

在知识经济社会里,知识已成为企业、社会和国家发展的核心,并取代资本成为企业成长的根本动力和竞争力,知识管理(Knowledge Management,KM)作为知识经济的产物应运而生。核电企业融入知识管理能获得一系列显性与隐性的益处,如企业关键知识流失风险下降;员工能力的整体提升;企业知识资产的显性化与保存、整体人力资源管理水平提升等;本文结合国际原子能机构(IAEA)核电知识管理理论,分析了核电企业构建知识管理体系的必要性,给出了建立核电知识管理体系的策略和建议。
In the knowledge economy society,knowledge has become the core of the enterprise,social and national development,and replace capital as the root of the firm growth and competitive power,Knowledge management as the product of the Knowledge economy has come into being,Nuclear power enterprises can obtain a series of explicit and recessive benefits by merging knowledge management,such as enterprise key knowledge loss risk decreasing,promotion on the ability of the employees,enterprise knowledge assets explicit and preservation,etc.In this paper,combining with the International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA) nuclear power knowledge management theory,the necessity for nuclear power enterprises to build a knowledge management system is analysed,also the strategy and suggestion for building nuclear power knowledge management system has been presented.
