摘要

网络安全是当前国际社会关注的焦点问题,核设施作为一种敏感的高价值设施,其网络安全成为美国等国家关注的重点领域之一。本文根据美国研究的成果和我国核设施工业控制网络及IT信息系统的现状,提出了一项提高核设施工业控制网络及IT信息系统安全的路线图,包括如下步骤:建立安全标准和技术方案—确立监管要求—首次安全评价—核设施营运单位制度建设—定期/不定期安全评价—纠正、改进、提高。
Cyber security is the focus around the world,and the cyber security of nuclear installations as the high value facility is the core problem that US concerns.In this paper,according to the results from the research of US and the status of nuclear industry control network and IT system of China,we proposed a roadmap for cyber security implementation in China.
