摘要

随着社会经济的迅速发展,我国的建筑行业逐渐发展起来,建筑工程的质量也不断提高。其中建筑工程施工管理对于保障建筑施工项目的质量具有非常重要的作用。建筑企业要想实现最大化的经济效益,就要加强施工质量管理,全面落实安全管理和进度管理,加强对先进技术的应用,以不断提高建筑施工管理的质量。本文主要对建筑施工管理中存在的问题进行了具体分析,然后提出了针对性的完善对策,希望给建筑施工管理工作人员提供参考和帮助。
With the rapid development of social economy,China's construction industry gradually developed,the quality of construction projects also continue to improve.Which construction management for the construction of the quality of construction projects to ensure a very important role.Construction enterprises in order to achieve maximum economic benefits,we must strengthen the construction quality management,the full implementation of safety management and progress management,to strengthen the application of advanced technology to continuously improve the quality of construction management.This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the construction management,and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the countermeasures,hoping to provide reference and help for the construction management staff.
