摘要

建设项目跟踪审计,是指独立的审计机构和审计人员(含配合审计部门协审的社会中介机构和专业人员)运用审计技术,依据国家的有关法律、法规和制度规范,对建设项目从投资立项到竣工交付使用各阶段经济管理活动的真实、合法、效益进行审查、监督、分析和评价的过程。跟踪审计最直接现实的意义在于控制浪费,减少决策失误以及决策失误所带来的危害,根本上是一种对工程造价合理控制的有效方式。通过跟踪审计来实时的了解和改善工程的进展,可以在项目进行的各个阶段对造价的控制产生诸多积极地影响。文章将通过分析项目建设各个时期内,跟踪审计对工程产生的影响进而指出对整个工程总造价产生的积极作用。
Construction project tracking audit,refers to the independent audit institutions and auditors(including the audit with the audit department of social intermediaries and professionals) the use of audit technology,according to the relevant national laws,regulations and system norms,the construction project from the investment project To the completion of the use of various stages of economic management activities of the real,legitimate,effective review,supervision,analysis and evaluation process.The most straightforward significance of tracking audit is to control waste,reduce decision-making mistakes and the harm caused by decision-making mistakes,is fundamentally an effective way to control the cost of the project.By tracking the audit in real time to understand and improve the progress of the project,the project can be carried out at all stages of the cost control have a lot of positive impact.The article will analyze the impact of the audit on the project by analyzing the various periods of the project construction,and then point out the positive effect of the total project cost.
