摘要

建筑工程施工进度管理,已经不仅是传统意义上的工期控制,而是一项涉及面广、影响因素多的系列性管理活动,直接影响施工企业的经济效益和社会效益,如何有效控制施工进度,是当前众多施工企业所需要考虑的一个重要问题。本文对建筑工程施工进度管理需要注意的问题进行了阐述。
Construction project construction progress management,has not only the traditional sense of the duration control,but a wide range of factors affecting the series of management activities directly affect the construction enterprises of the economic and social benefits,how to effectively control the construction progress,Is the current construction enterprises need to consider an important issue.This paper elaborates the problems that need attention in the progress of construction project construction.
