摘要

在房屋建筑中漏水现象直接影响了建筑物的美观和使用年限,而且大大降低了建筑物的特有功能,甚至还会危及人畜的财产生命安全,在这种环境下人们根本无法正常的生活,因此漏水现象已经成为一个严重的问题萦绕在人们身边。漏水现象不仅是施工单位亟待解决的重点和难点,并且更是让物业头大的问题。此类问题不仅与施工单位的设计、材料有关,而且施工措施与方法也是直接因素。
In the building building water leakage phenomenon directly affects the appearance of the building and the useful life,but also greatly reduces the unique function of the building,and even endanger the safety of human and animal property,Leakage has become a serious problem lingering around people.Leakage phenomenon is not only the construction unit to solve the key and difficult,and is to make the property big problem.Such problems are not only related to the design and materials of the construction unit,but also the construction measures and methods are also direct factors.
