摘要

伴随着我国房建工程的快速发展和房建科技的不断进步,带动了我国建筑工程项目的快速发展,我国建筑工程事业取得了重大成就;然而,在取得重大成就的同时,也出现了一些比较突出的问题,其中非常严重的一项就是建筑工程中的渗漏问题,建筑渗漏问题是接受反映最多也是对人民生活最能产生影响的一项问题,严重影响着房建工程的正常使用,造成了一系列的干扰问题,本文从房建工程渗漏产生的原因、解决措施、管理等方面浅析有关房建工程防渗漏的有关技术和措施,并提出一些防渗漏的建议。
With the rapid development of China's housing construction and the continuous progress of housing construction technology,the rapid development of China's construction projects has led to the achievements of China's construction projects.However,in the process of achieving significant achievements,Highlight the problem,which is a very serious one is the construction of the leakage problem,the construction of leakage is to accept the most reflected in the people's lives is also the most impact on a problem,a serious impact on the normal use of housing construction,Which caused a series of interference problems.This paper analyzes the relevant technologies and measures of leakage prevention from the aspects of leakage,the measures and management of the construction project,and puts forward some suggestions for preventing leakage.
