基于多物理场耦合分析的机载电台仿真技术研究

摘要
本文提出了一种基于多物理场耦合的电磁场-热场-应力场的协同仿真方法来预测机载电台的屏蔽效能和工作特性。通过使用这种方法,对比分析了在电磁脉冲作用下,铝制电台在两个不同位置的屏蔽效能。首先进行了电台的电磁场-热场的耦合效应的数值仿真,然后通过热场-应变力场的耦合效应计算出物理形变,最后计算出电台在受到了雷击之后的屏蔽效能,并对雷击前后的屏蔽效能进行对比。通过对多物理场进行仿真,为机载电台的防护和设计提出一些可行性建议。
In this paper, a co-simulation method of electromagnetic field-thermal field-stress field based on multi-physics field coupling is proposed to predict the shielding effectiveness and working characteristics of airborne radio. By using this method, the effect of electromagnetic pulse on the shielding effectiveness of aluminum radio stations in two different positions is analyzed and compared. Firstly, the numerical simulation of the coupling effect of the electromagnetic field and the thermal field of the radio is carried out. Then, the physical deformation is calculated by the coupling effect of the thermal field-strain force field. Finally, the shielding effectiveness of the radio station after the lightning strike is calculated, and the shielding effectiveness before and after the lightning strike is compared. Through the simulation of multi-physical field, some feasible suggestions are put forward for the protection and design of the airborne radio station.
