摘要

如何落实好石油化工施工企业安全主体责任来履行好社会责任,如何用良好的安全管理业绩履行对业主的承诺赢得优异的信誉,成为石油化工施工企业安全管理的一大课题。石油化工程施工企业安全管理,必须树立任何事故都是可以预防的理念,全面落实安全生产责任制,以安全风险识别为基础,以安全风险控制为重点,做好事前分析识别、事中动态控制、事后总结提高,建立并严格执行检查考核奖惩制度,形成长效机制。
How to implement the safety of petrochemical construction enterprises to fulfill the responsibility of the main social responsibility,how to use good safety management performance to fulfill the commitment to the owners to win excellent reputation,petrochemical construction enterprises to become a major issue of safety management.Petrochemical engineering construction enterprise safety management,we must establish any accident can be the concept of prevention,the full implementation of safety production responsibility system to safety risk identification as the basis,to focus on security risk control,do a good job in advance identification,dynamic control,After the summary of the increase,the establishment and strict implementation of the examination and punishment system,the formation of long-term mechanism.
