异质双层网络适应性演化分析与建模

摘要
本文基于计算机领域的学术论文数据集建立了科学家合作以及论文引用的异质双层网络,发现了科学家之的合作与引用存在适应性演化现象.本文构建了异质双层网络的适应性演化模型,不仅再现了合作与引用之间的适性演化现象,并且在多个网络测度上与真实网络有很好的拟合效果,为解释异质双层网络适应性演化时的层间作用供了一种可行的思路.
This paper constructs a heterogeneous double-layer network of scientific collaboration and citation using a dataset of computer science academic literatures. This paper examines the adaptive coevolution phenomenon between scientific collaboration and citation and presents a model of the heterogeneous double-layer networks which not only reproduces the adaptive coevolution phenomenon of the real-world author-paper network, but also fits multiple measures of the real-world author-paper network well. Our work may provide a feasible way to understanding the adaptive inter-layer interaction in heterogeneous double-layer networks.
