科技金融支持高新技术产业发展的实证研究——基于系统动力学方法

摘要
高新技术产业发展代表一个国家的社会经济地位,而科技金融是促进高新技术产业发展的驱动器,随着我国创新驱动战略的推进,二者之间的关系变得更加紧密。本文首先通过归纳文献对科技金融内涵提出新的认识,然后对科技金融支持高新技术产业的现状展开分析,最后,构建相应的指标体系,利用系统动力学方法对科技金融支持高新技术产业展开实证研究。模型主要指标仿真结果发现,科技金融对高科技产业有明显的积极作用,在提高相同幅度的支持力度时,市场科技金融相对于公共科技金融对于主要指标的提升作用更加明显,所以,未来科技金融支持高科技产业发展还有较大发展空间,尤其加大在市场金融科技方面的创新,要保证公共科技金融和市场科技金融均衡发展。
The development of high-tech industry represents a country's social and economic status,and technology financial is the driver to promote the development of high-tech industry,along with the advancement of innovation-driven strategy in our country,the relationship between them become more closely.Firstly,through reading,literature is summarized and the new understanding of the connotation of science and technology financial is proposed.Then the status of high-tech industry analysis is supported.Finally,the corresponding index system is built by using the system dynamics method to expand science and technology financial support for high-tech industries.Model simulation results show that main indicator of science and technology financial has obvious positive effect on the high-tech industry,to improve the support,the same public financial technology relative to the market for the main indicators of science and technology promotion effect more obvious.So,the future financial support of science and technology development of high-tech industries and larger development space,especially increase in financial market innovation of science and technology,and to ensure that the public finance financial science and technology and the market equilibrium of science and technology development.
