众筹环境下用户参与行为影响因素研究

摘要
本文以奖励式众筹为背景,研究影响用户参与行为的因素。以国内综合性的众筹平台——"众筹网"为例,手动采集了478条奖励式众筹项目数据进行了实证检验。研究发现,众筹项目中,用户分享数、用户评论数、众筹项目价格梯度、用户支持数等因素对用户参与行为具有显著影响。关注数对筹款进展没有显著影响。此外,当筹款周期长时,项目进展更新次数对筹款进度的影响会减弱;用户评论数对项目进展更新次数与筹款进度的调节作用不明显;用户支持数对用户评论数与筹款进度之间的关系具有中介作用。
In order to study the factors of user participation behavior on Crowdfunding,we started an empirical test,in which we manual collected 478 data of rewarding-type crowdfunding projects.The research shows that,Share number,number of user reviews,price gradient,the number of user support have a significant positive impact on the behavior of users to participate in crowdfunding.But the number of concerned have no significant effect on fund-raising progress.In addition,when the fund-raising cycle is long,the number of fund-raising project update schedule will be reduced;User comments on project update regulation and the fund-raising progress is not obvious;User supports play an intermediary role between user comments and fundraising progress.
