摘要

针对供应商选择问题,提出一种基于前景理论的衍生模型TODIM模型与QSTP准则的多属性决策方法。该方法首先根据QSTP准则,针对相应的供应商选择问题建立出一个有四部分组成的、科学合理的供应商评价指标体系;其次通过极差变换法将指标体系的数据进行标准化处理,并使用Satty近似法求出各个部分中各个指标的权重与相对权重;再其次依照TODIM模型中的相关公式求出各个方案相对于其他方案的总体优势度,以此得出各个方案的前景值;最后得出最优方案。通过实例分析表明该方法的可行性。
