40例糖尿病患者行舒适护理的临床效果体会

摘要

目的:探讨在糖尿病患者治疗中舒适护理的应用价值。方法:对本院40例接受对症治疗糖尿病患者进行随机分组,患者均接受常规护理干预,研究组同时增加舒适护理进行干预治疗,对比2组患者生活改善情况以及护理效果。结果:研究组患者WHOQOL-100各项评分与ADL评分明显高于对照组,护理效果达100.0%,显著高于实施常规护理干预的对照组疗效(80.0%),P<0.05。结论:在糖尿病患者临床治疗中实施舒适护理干预可以有效改善患者的生活质量,提高临床治疗效果,值得在长期降糖治疗中推广应用。
Objective:to explore the diagnosis and treatment in patients with diabetes in the comfortable nursing application value.Methods:40 cases of symptomatic treatment in our hospital patients with diabetes were randomized,nursing,all patients with the team at the same time increase the comfortable nursing intervention treatment,compared two groups patients life improvement and nursing effect.Results:the patients with team WHOQOL- 100 all the scores and ADL score significantly higher than the control group,nursing effect reaches 100.0%,significantly higher than that of conventional nursing intervention effect of the control group(80.0%),P < 0.05).Conclusion:in patients with diabetes mellitus in the clinical treatment implement comfortable nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve the effect of clinical treatment,is worth popularization and application in the long- term hypoglycemic therapy.
