视频指挥调度系统现状分析及发展预测

摘要
随着作战指挥需求的不断深入,我军视频指挥调度系统的建设呈现快速发展趋势。然而,也要清醒地认识到,军队视频指挥调度系统仍处于初期建设发展阶段,受限于相关技术因素,整个系统的集成性还不够高,数据融合、数据分析能力较弱、系统智能化水平偏低。未来战场瞬息万变,且影响决策的因素更多、更复杂,有必要大力深入研究数据融合、非结构化数据分析、深度学习、太空宽带、系统集成等一系列新型关键技术,推动视频指挥调度系统建设发展,实现多源信号的随遇接入、深度融合、智能控制、灵活调度等功能目标,从而为提升我军指挥机关或指挥员决策优势提供有力支撑。
With the deep demanding of battle commanding system, the construction of the video commanding and scheduling system presents a rapid development trend. However, we must clearly realize that the video commanding and scheduling system is still in the initial stage of construction and development. Limited by the relevant technical factors, the integration of the entire system is not high enough, and the capabilities of data fusion and data analysis are weak, and the system intelligent level is relatively low. The future battlefield changes rapidly, and the factors that affect the decision-making are more complex. It is necessary to thoroughly study a series of new key technologies to promote the development of the video commanding and scheduling system, such as the data fusion, unstructured data analysis, deep learning, space broadband and system integration, and so on. When we realize the goal, such as the accessing of multisource signal at different circumstances, deep integration, intelligent controlling, and flexible scheduling, we'll provide the strong support to enhance abilities of our military commander decision-making by the video commanding and scheduling system.
