子宫内膜癌应用联合手术治疗的效果探讨

摘要

目的:对子宫内膜癌应用腹腔镜联合阴式子宫切除术治疗的效果进行探讨,并总结临床治疗经验。方法:选取62例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,其收治时间均为2015年1月至2016年1月间,就传统阴式子宫切除术(n=31):对照组与观察组联合手术(n=31)的治疗效果及方案的可行性展开探讨。结果:从临床指标评估治疗方案,观察组患者术中出血量、肛门排气时间、导尿管留置时间、淋巴结切除数量、住院时间方面的指标均优于对照组,组间差异经t检验,证明有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。从术后并发症发生情况评估治疗方案,观察组患者的并发症发生率为:(6.46%),对照组患者的并发症发生率为:(32.26%),两组对比,观察组明显低,组间差异经卡方检验,(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合阴式子宫切除术治疗方案的可行性比较高,是由于该方案相比其他手术方案而言,具有术中出血量少、创伤小、治疗总有效率高、术后恢复快的优点,故值得临床推广和大力普及。
Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic combined with vaginal hysterectomy in endometrial carcinoma and to summarize the clinical experience.Methods:Sixty-two patients with endometrial carcinoma were selected as the study subjects.The treatment time was from January 2015 to January 2016.In the traditional vaginal hysterectomy(n = 31):the control group and the observation group(N = 31) treatment and the feasibility of the program to explore.Results:From the clinical indicators to evaluate the treatment plan,the observation group of patients with intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,catheter retention time,lymph node resection,hospitalization time indicators are better than the control group,the difference between groups by t test,(P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was(6.46%).The incidence of complications in the control group was(32.26%).The difference between the two groups was significantly lower in the observation group,The difference between the two groups was analyzed by chi-square test(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The feasibility of laparoscopic combined with vaginal hysterectomy is very high because the program has less intraoperative blood loss,less trauma,high total effective rate and faster postoperative recovery because of the other surgical regimen.Of the advantages,it is worthy of clinical promotion and vigorously popular.
