摘要

目的:讨论丹参多酚盐酸,硫辛酸,复方甘草酸苷治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:选取82例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组41例。用丹参多酚盐酸,硫辛酸,复方甘草酸苷治疗和常规治疗的作为观察组;对照组采用常规治疗,两组操作方法一致,观察两组患者的疗效,进行整理分析得出结果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为88.09%,对照组治疗有效率为78.57%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于糖尿病肾病的治疗,应用丹参多酚盐酸,硫辛酸,复方甘草酸苷效果显著,具有广泛应用的价值。
Objective:To discuss the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza hydrochloride,lipoic acid and compound glycyrrhizin on diabetic nephropathy.Methods:82 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 41 cases.The rats in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the two groups were treated with the same method.The curative effect of the two groups was observed and the results were analyzed and analyzed.Results:The effective rate was 88.09%in the observation group and 78.57%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05) was statistically significant Conclusion:For the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,the application of Danshen polyphenolic acid,lipoic acid,compound glycyrrhizin effect is significant,with a wide range of applications.
