摘要

目的:分析幽门螺杆菌胃炎呋喃唑酮联合雷贝拉唑和克拉霉素治疗的效果。方法:选取来我院就医的幽门螺杆菌胃炎患者(98例、2015年12月11日-2017年1月30日)作为本次研究的对象,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为2组,分别给予奥美拉唑、呋喃唑酮联合雷贝拉唑和克拉霉素治疗,探究2组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率、治疗效果评分的差异性。结果:观察组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率:91.84%、治疗效果评分:88.45±2.69分,其结果与对照组患者的结果相比较,差异显著,P小于0.05。结论:幽门螺杆菌胃炎呋喃唑酮联合雷贝拉唑和克拉霉素治疗效果较佳。
Objective:To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori and furazolidone combined with rabeprazole and clarithromycin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.Methods:The patients with Helicobacter pylori gastritis who were hospitalized in our hospital(98 cases,December 11,2015-January 30,2017)were selected as the subjects of this study.In the two groups,omeprazole,furazolidone combined with rabeprazole and clarithromycin were given to explore the difference of eradication rate and therapeutic effect of Helicobacter pylori in the two groups.ResultS:The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was 91.84%and the score of treatment was 88.45 ± 2.69.The results were significantly different from those of the control group,and P was less than 0.05.Conclusion:Helicobacter pylori and furazolidone combined with rabeprazole and clarithromycin have better therapeutic effect.
