重庆地区原发性高血压患者血浆心肌营养素-1水平与左室肥厚的关系

摘要
目的:探讨重庆地区原发性高血压患者血浆心肌营养素-1(cardiotrophin-1,CT-1)水平与左室肥厚的关系。方法:纳入原发性高血压患者116例,其中单纯高血压(isolated hypertension group,IH)58例,高血压合并左室肥厚(Hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy group,LVH)58例,并设立健康对照组(healthy control group,HC)50例。检测上述人群血浆CT-1浓度,并行超声心动图检查,比较各组人群CT-1水平,分析CT-1与超声心动图各项指标的相关性。结果:1)LVH组和IH组CT-1浓度显著高于HC组(626.17±211.14 vs.191.57±70.65,P=0.000;390.25±243.30vs.191.57±70.65 P=0.000)。2)Spearman秩相关分析显示,血浆CT-1水平与左室质量指数(Left ventricular mass index,LVMI)值有显著相关性(r=0.66,P=0.000)。结论:重庆地区原发性高血压患者血浆CT-1可能参与高血压左室肥厚的发生和进展。
Objective:To investigate the potential relation between plasma CT-1 and left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertensive patients.Methods:116 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled into the current study,including 58 cases of isolated hypertension group(IH),58 cases of Hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy group,(LVH),and 50 cases of healthy control participants,(HC).All participants were subjected to test the concentration of plasma CT-1 and echocardiography of these patients.Compared the CT-1 level of each group,and analyzed the correlation between CT-1 and echocardiography.Results:1) Patients in the LVH group have the highest level of CT-1(626.17 ±211.14,P=0.000),followed by that of in the IH group(390.25 ± 243.30,P=0.000) and that of(191.57 ± 70.65,P=0.000) in the HC group.The concentration of CT-1 in these two groups was higher than that in HC group.2) The spearman test showed that plasma level of CT-1 was significantly with LVMI(Left ventricular mass index)(r-0.66,P=0.000).Conclusion:CT-1 was involved in the development of left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension in Chongqing.Detection of plasma CT-1 concentrations may help the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.
