摘要

目的:研究阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:研究时段:2015年6月至2016年9月,研究对象:将我院收治的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者118例作为研究对象,并在其知情的情况下,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=59)、实验组(n=59),对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用阿托伐他汀,对比两组患者的血糖水平、血脂水平、临床治疗有效率、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果:实验组患者血糖水平、血脂水平明显优于对照组,临床治疗有效率、生活质量评分明显高于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床治疗中,应用阿托伐他汀治疗,既可优化患者的血糖水平、血脂水平,提高临床治疗有效率及生活质量,又可降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:From June 2015 to September 2016,118 subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital.Subject to their knowledge,randomized(N = 59),the experimental group(n = 59),the control group of patients with conventional treatment,observation group of patients with atorvastatin,compared the two groups of patients with blood glucose levels,blood lipid levels,clinical treatment efficiency,life Quality score,incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The blood glucose level and blood lipid level in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The clinical treatment efficiency and quality of life score were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease is treated with atorvastatin,which can optimize the blood glucose level,blood lipid level,improve the clinical treatment efficiency and the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions Rate,worthy of clinical application.
