摘要

目的:探究替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的临床效果观察。方法:选取自2014年8月1日-2016年3月31日期间收治入院的冠心病患者,并挑选资料完整的100例作为本次的研究对象。平均分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予氯吡格雷与拜阿司匹林治疗,研究组给予替格瑞洛与拜阿司匹林治疗,收集整理相关的数据并做分析比较。结果:①两组患者临床治疗总有效率比较:对照组<研究组,P<0.05;②两组患者安全性比较:研究组>对照组,P<0.05;,具有临床统计学意义。结论:替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的临床效果观察比较,替格瑞洛效果更为显著,且安全性更高,值得临床进一步的推广应用。
Objective:to explore for Greg los with clopidogrel observe clinical effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:select since August 1,2014-March 31,2016,admitted during the period of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and selecting materials complete 100 cases as the research object The average divided into control group and the team.The control group given clopidogrel and aspirin therapy,the team give for Greg and worship of aspirin therapy,collect the relevant data and make analysis and comparison.Result:(1) clinical total effective rate in both groups:control grouP < group,P < 0.05:(2) compare two groups of patients' safety,research grouP > the control group,P < 0.05:With clinical statistical significance.Conclusion:for Greg los with clopidogrel treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) compare the clinical effect of observation,especially for Greg lowe,and safer,worthy of further clinical application.
