摘要
目的:分析病毒性脑炎的不典型影像学表现与分型,以为临床正确诊断该疾病提供理论和临床依据。方法:采用临床资料查证法,选取我院2015年-2016年收治的60例病毒性脑炎患者,行CT扫描者41例,行MBI检查者19例,观察不同仪器的影像学检查结果,并对其分型进行相应分析。结果:经临床诊断结果证实,脑内有多发或单发病灶者51例,主要位于大脑皮层、皮层下组织和左室周围白质。从不同影像学检查所见,几种分型有着各自不同的影像学表现。结论:合理选用影像学检查设备,对病毒性脑炎的不典型症状诊断正确率,具有较好的检出作用,并在临床实践中被证实为一项较有诊断价值的影像学检查设备,值得临床诊断该疾病时合理选用。
Objective:To analyze the atypical imaging findings and typing of viral encephalitis,and to provide theoretical and clinical basis for the clinical diagnosis of the disease.Methods:60 cases of viral encephalitis were enrolled in our hospital from 2015 to 2016,41 cases were examined by CT scan,19 cases were examined by MRI,and the results of different imaging were observed.The corresponding analysis of its classification.Results:According to the clinical diagnosis,there were 51 cases with multiple or single lesions in the brain,mainly located in the cerebral cortex,subcortical tissue and white matter around the left ventricle.From the different imaging studies see,several types have different imaging performance.Conclusion:The rational use of imaging equipment,the diagnosis of atypical symptoms of viral encephalitis,has a good detection effect,and in clinical practice has been proved to be a more diagnostic value of imaging equipment,It is worthy of clinical diagnosis of the disease when the rational use.
