摘要

目的:在急诊科危重患者抢救过程中行全程护理,并对其应用效果进行探讨。方法:选取我院急诊科自2015年3月至2016年3月期间所收治的46例急诊危重患者,将其按照随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组,每组患者例数为23例。在对照组患者的抢救过程中行常规抢救流程,在观察组患者的抢救过程中行全程护理,将两组患者行不同抢救模式后的抢救成功率、病患满意度进行对比分析。结果:经对应性抢救流程护理后,观察组患者的抢救成功率、病患满意度均显著性优于对照组,差异比较显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊危重患者的抢救过程中行全程护理模式,可显著提升患者的病患满意度以及抢救成功率。
Objective:in the process of the emergency rescue in critical patients care all the way,and discusses its application effect.Methods:selecting the hospital emergency department during March 2015 to March 2016,46 cases treated by emergency critically ill patients,its according to random number table method were divided into observation group and control group,23 cases of patients with each group.In the rescue of patients with the control group conventional rescue process,the process of boc in the observation group of patients with boc entire journey nursing rescue process,the two groups of patients with different rescue mode after the rescue success rate and patients satisfaction were analyzed.Results:after the correspondence rescue process nursing,the observation group of patients rescue success rate,patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,difference is more significant,there is statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:in emergency rescue process of critically ill patients with the bank of China the whole nursing model,can significantly improve patient satisfaction and patients rescue success rate.
