摘要

目的:观察分析护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征产妇的影响。方法:通过随机抽签法,从2014年2月~2016年2月期间选取60例妊娠高血压综合征产妇纳入此研究领域,按照1:1原则,分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组实施常规护理,观察组接受护理干预。结果:观察组产妇产后出血量低于对照组,新生儿却gar评分、体重高于对照组,观察组产妇难产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对妊娠高血压综合征产妇,实施护理干预,可降低难产率,改善妊娠结局,获得产妇及家属的认可,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:by randomly selected,60 cases of parturient with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in this field during the period from February 2014 ~ 2016 year in February,according to the 1:1 principle,divided into the observation group(n =30) and control group(n =30),the control group received the routine nursing,the observation group received nursing intervention.Results:the observation group postpartum hemorrhage was lower than the control group,neonatal Apgar score,body weight than the control group,the observation group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of nursing intervention in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome can reduce the rate of labor,improve the pregnancy outcome,and get the recognition of the maternal and their families,which is worthy of clinical application.
