摘要

目的:探讨对住院患者实施缩短平均住院日的护理流程方法与质量控制。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年4月于我院住院治疗的患者60例,随机分成两组,对30例对照组患者实施常规护理,对观察组30例患者实施平均缩短住院日护理,观察两组患者的治疗护理情况。结果:观察组患者在平均住院时间及护理满意度的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对住院患者实施平均缩短住院日护理可有效缩短患者住院时间,提升住院期间舒适程度,值得临床进行推广。
Objective:To study the nursing process and quality control of shortened average hospitalization days in hospitalized patients.Methods:From April 2015 to April 2016,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with shorter hospitalization days,Observe the two groups of patients with treatment and care.Results:Compared with the control group,the average hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The average length of hospital stay in hospitalized patients can shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the comfort during hospitalization,which is worthy of being popularized in clinic.
