摘要
为了提高学生书写电子病历的质量,医院建立了用于实习生和规范化培训医师考核标准化的电子病历数据库,初步构建用于学生临床病历考核的电子病历考核系统,建立临床病历考核新方法。本文对如何初步构建电子病历考核系统,以及如何客观公正的进行病历考核作了具体介绍,为进一步建立并完善临床教学电子病历考核评分机制,细化考核规则,制定完善的临床教学考核体系莫定了基础,并且针对未来电子病历考核系统的发展提出了自己的建议。
With the perfection of hospital information system and improvement of information level,the applications of electronic medical records(EMRs)is becoming extensive.To improve the quality of the application of electronic medical records and cultivate clinical thinking ability,our hospital has established standardized electronic medical records database used for interns and standardized training physicians' exam,constructed the EMRS examination system,built a new method of examination.This article introduce how to build an EMRs examination system,how to carry out objectively and fairly,so lay a foundation for further establishing and perfecting the EMRs examination and scoring system in clinical teaching,make detailed assessment rules and perfecting the clinical teaching examination system,and put forward some suggestions for the future development of EMRs examination system.
