取向硅钢脱碳过程模型的研究

摘要
本文通过对脱碳退火炉建立温度场模型研究了在脱碳退火过程中硅钢带表面温度、传热的分布。通过对硅钢带建立脱碳动力学模型及氧化动力学模型研究了钢带内部氧、硅、碳的扩散及其化学反应的进行。给定相应的边界条件,通过C语言编程实现对模型的数值求解。定量分析了既定脱碳条件对温度分布、碳分布、氧分布及硅分布的影响。研究表明,辐射换热占炉内换热的80%以上;碳在钢带中的扩散是脱碳过程的限制性环节;氧元素从钢带表面逐渐向内扩散,计算所得的氧化深度比实际氧化深度小7倍左右。
Temperature model of decarburization annealing furnace has been established to study the distribution of strip temperature and heat transfer.Decarburization model and oxidation model has been also established to study the diffusion and reaction between oxygen,carbon and silicon.The mathematical model thus can be solved with appropriate boundary conditions with C programming language.The distribution of temperature,carbon content,oxygen content and silicon content is analyzed.Results demonstrate that the proportion of radiation heat transfer is more than 80%of the whole heat transfer;the diffusion of carbon in the steel strip is restricted part for the decarburization process;the oxygen diffuses from outer surface to the matrix gradually;the calculated thickness of internal oxide zone is at least 7 times smaller than that of the experimental results.
