多溶剂萃取法分离制备陈皮中的川陈皮素和橘皮素

摘要
目的:建立一种从陈皮中快速分离制备高纯度川陈皮素和橘皮素的方法。方法:采用多溶剂萃取法将川陈皮素和橘皮素从陈皮三氯甲烷萃取部分粗提物中分离出来,并通过多次试验优化了多溶剂萃取法条件,川陈皮素和橘皮素的最佳分离实验条件为:萃取溶剂V(丙酮):V(石油醚)=6:5,分相液为水,V(萃取溶剂):V(分相液)=11:5。结果:该法所得的川陈皮素和橘皮素单体,经HPLC峰面积归一化法计算其纯度均不低于98%。结论:多溶剂萃取法是一种简单,高效的分离制备陈皮中川陈皮素和橘皮素的方法。
Objective To establish an efficient method for the isolation and purification of nobiletin and tangeretin with high purity from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.Methods:Multi-solvent Partition was applied to the preparative separation of nobiletin and tangeretin with high purity from the chloroform extract of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.The optimized condition of multi-solvent partition of nobiletin and tangeretin obtained by multiple tests was:solvent:acetone:light petroleum(6:5,V:V),separatory liquid:water,solvent:separatory liquid(11:5,V:V).Results:The purity of nobiletin and tangeretin were obtained as this method is not less than 98%by the HPLC peak area normalization method.Conclusion:It is a simple and efficient method to obtain nobiletin and tangeretin from chloroform extract of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.
