巴朗山高海拔公路隧道施工氧含量测试及分析

摘要
为了解决高海拔公路隧道施工过程中的人员缺氧问题,常采用对施工作业面供氧的方式,目前的供氧布置方式都是基于经验基础,缺乏理论依据。本文通过对巴朗山隧道施工现场进行氧浓度实测,得到了高海拔公路隧道施工过程中氧含量的浓度分布趋势,并通过数值模拟高海拔隧道施工过程中的氧浓度分布规律,推导出了预测高海拔隧道施工过程中氧含量变化公式。结合雀儿山高海拔隧道施工过程氧浓度分布实际情况,对公式的可靠性进行验证,最终获得了高海拔公路隧道施工中氧浓度的计算方法,为高海拔公路隧道中选择合理的供氧制氧方式提供理论依据。
Oxygen supplying to working plane as a popular way is adopted in order to solve personnel hypoxia problem during construction of high-altitude highway tunnel.The arrangement for oxygen supplying currently is mostly based on experience,which lacks of theoretical basis.According to site-measurement of oxygen concentration at Balang Mount Tunnel construction site,distribution trend of oxygen content during construction of high-altitude highway tunnel is obtained.Numerical simulation is adopted to simulate the distribution regularity of oxygen content during construction of high-altitude highway tunnel,formula to predict oxygen content construction of high-altitude highway tunnel is deduced.The actual oxygen concentration distribution of Que'er Mount Tunnel is used to verify the correctness of the formula,and the prediction method for oxygen content during construction of high-altitude highway tunnel is obtained,which provides theoretical basis for choosing a rational arrangement for oxygen supplying at high-altitude highway tunnel.
