深厚软土地层盾构隧道的施工响应

摘要
盾构隧道施工会引起地层扰动,从而引起地表沉降、使其周围结构物产生不均匀变位和附加应力等影响。因此,深入研究盾构法施工对周围环境影响的机理,来确保盾构机的顺利掘进和减少对周围结构物的影响显得非常必要和紧迫。通过数值分析的方法,对盾构掘进全过程进行了动态模拟,并探讨了盾构隧道施工对地层横、纵断面内地层的影响以及对临近隧道的影响。计算结果表明:隧道埋深越大、间距越大时,地表沉降越小;地表沉降槽的形状和埋深与隧道间距比值有关,其比值较大时,呈v型,比值较小时,呈w型;纵断面内地表的隆起值随顶进力的增大而增大;平行隧道右线隧道盾构施工时,在掌子面所在截面前方,既有隧道左右两侧向内移动即对既有隧道侧向加压,既有隧道上下两侧向外移动即对既有隧道竖向卸载。
The shield tunnel construction will cause the formation disturbance,which causes the ground surface settlement,causes the surrounding structure to produce the uneven change and the additional stress and so on.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to study the influence of shield construction on the surrounding environment,to ensure the smooth tunneling of the shield machine and reduce the impact on the surrounding structures.By means of numerical analysis,the dynamic simulation of the whole process of shield tunneling is carried out,and the influence of the shield tunnel construction on the formation and the formation of the longitudinal section and the influence to the adjacent tunnel are discussed.The calculation results show that the larger the tunnel depth,the smaller the distance between the surface and the ground surface;The shape and depth of the surface settlement trough are related to the ratio of the tunnel spacing,and the ratio of the surface settlement is V type,the ratio is relatively small,and the ratio is W;The uplift value of the surface of the longitudinal section increases with the increase of the jacking force;Parallel tunnel right line of shield tunnel construction and tunnel face in place in front of the section,both inward movement of the left and the right sides of the tunnel on both side of the tunnel,pressure,tunnel on both sides of the outward movement is on the existing tunnel vertical unloading.
