关于软弱地层中盾构掘进参数相关性的研究

摘要
以厦门市轨道交通一号线集美中心站~诚毅广场站区间隧道为工程依托背景,针对该区间隧道中所经过的无孤石段软弱地层,先分析总推力、刀盘扭矩、推进速度和土舱压力各自的变化趋势,再分析总推力、刀盘扭矩分别与推进速度、土舱压力之间的关系,利用现场实测数据对盾构的掘进参数进行曲线拟合,寻求掘进参数之间的函数关系,得出了一些适用于该工程盾构掘进参数的重要结论,以期指导同类工程。
Based on engineering background of the Jimei central station to the Chengyi square station of Xiamen metro line 1,and focused on soft formation without boulders,it analyzes the variation tendency of total thrust,cutter head torque,driving speed and earth pressure in chamber,and then,it analyzes the relationship between total thrust,cutter head torque and driving speed,earth pressure.Based on the recorded field data,the curves of shield driving parameters are fitted to seek functional relationship among the tunneling parameters,some conclusions obtained that are appropriate for the parameters in the project.
