基于围岩损伤的复合式TBM与既有钻爆法隧道的近接分区

摘要
如何确定正确合理的近接范围对实际工程具有重要的意义。钻爆法隧道开挖时对周围围岩已产生了一定的损伤,在进行复合式TBM与既有钻爆法隧道近接分区时必须考虑这种损伤。本文依托重庆轨道交通五号线歇台子~石桥铺区间,通过数值分析,得到了围岩爆破以及TBM施工时的损伤。并在围岩损伤的基础上,综合考虑塑性区、摩尔-库伦准则对复合式TBM与既有钻爆法隧道进行了近接分区。结果表明,钻爆法隧道爆破破碎区半径大约为0.063 m,裂隙区半径大约为1.22 m,TBM施工隧道裂隙区大约为0.68 m;复合式TBM与既有钻爆法的近接分区为:强弱影响范围大部分在1.5D(D为钻爆法隧道等效直径)的范围内,超过1.5D为无影响区。基于研究成果对歇台子-石桥铺区间进行了分区,并对既有隧道及新建隧道设计与施工提出了建议。
Determining the reasonable adjacent partition has important significance to the actual project.Some damage has been caused to surrounding rock during the tunnel excavation,which must be taken into account in the Adjacent partition of compound TBM and existing drilling and blasting method tunnel.This paper is based on the Chongqing Rail Transit Line No.5 from Xietaizi to Shiqiaopu,by means of numerical analysis,the damage range of surrounding rock blasting is obtained.Based on the damage of surrounding rock,in the comprehensive consideration of the mohr-coulomb criterion,the plastic zone,adjacent partition of compound TBM and existing drilling and blasting method tunnel are obtained.The results show that the drilling and blasting method of tunnel blasting zone radius is about 0.063 m,the radius of fracture zone is about 1.22 m.The Adjacent partition of compound TBM and existing drilling and blasting method tunnel is:The extent of the impact of the strong and weak in the range of 1.5D,More than 1.5D is no affected area.The results applied to the Xietaizi to Shiqiaopu section.Some suggestions for the design and construction of the existing tunnel and the new tunnel are put forward.
