盾构/TBM滚刀滚动距离及滚动磨损系数分析

摘要
近年来盾构和TBM技术在隧道工程中的应用越来越广泛,刀具磨损极大影响着盾构和TBM的掘进效率、施工费用甚至设备使用安全,研究刀具磨损规律对提高盾构/TBM应用水平具有重要作用。本文介绍盘形滚刀滚动距离和滚动磨损系数的计算公式,以秦岭隧道TB880E掘进机以及东莞地铁R2线工程S245盾构机滚刀磨损统计数据为例,分别研究了盾构/TBM盘形滚刀磨损量与滚刀滚动距离的关系以及滚动磨损系数范围和分布规律。研究表明:在全断面硬岩中盾构机与TBM滚刀磨损分布规律总体上是相似的,滚刀磨损量随滚动距离的增大而增加,两者成指数函数关系,通过测定短距离滚刀磨损数据来预测滚刀磨损量是可行的。
Recent years,the shield/TBM Tunnel technology had been more widely utilized in tunnel engineering,whereas cutters abrasion had extremely influenced the tunneling efficiency of shield/TBM Tunnel,cost of construction and safety of facilities.Hence researching on the law of cutters abrasion had played an important role to improve the standard of shield/TBM Tunnel.This paper introduced the calculation formula of disc cutters roll distance and roll abrasion coefficient,and taking the statistical data of cutter roll abrasion of the TB880 E shield machine on Qinling Tunnel and the S245 shield machine on Dongguan Metro R2 project as an example,to analyze the relationship on abrasion loss and cutters roll distance of the shield/TBM Tunnel as well as the range and distributional law of the roll abrasion coefficient,respectively.Research showed that the distributional law of cutter abrasion on shield machine and TBM are similar on full face hard rock,cutters abrasion loss are increasing with the growth of cutters roll distance,both factors exhibit functional relation,it is possible to forecast cutters abrasion loss by measuring the cutters data of short distance abrasion.
