复杂艰险山区铁路小半径曲线钢轨非正常磨耗的治理措施研究

摘要
复杂艰险山区铁路小半径曲线较多,由于地形复杂、气候条件恶劣、人迹罕至、交通不便,给线路的日常养护维修带来困难,预防和治理小半径曲线地段的钢轨非正常磨耗是保持复杂艰险山区铁路服役状态的重要举措。以山区铁路小半径曲线地段钢轨非正常磨耗的预防和治理措施研究为基础,结合复杂艰险山区铁路特点,从优化曲线地段轨道设计、钢轨合理打磨与润滑、保持车轮圆顺度等方面给出了综合预防和治理复杂艰险山区铁路小半径曲线地段钢轨非正常磨耗的方法。
Small radius curve account for a relatively higher proportion in the railways of complicated and difficult mountainous area.It has brought great challenges to the daily maintenance of the railway lines due to the complicated topography,severe climate condition and inconvenient traffic,thus the prevention and control of rail's abnormal wear in small radius curve area is an important issue to maintain the service condition of railways which is located in complicated and difficult mountainou area.In this paper,based on the study of prevention and control measures for rail's abnormal wear that will applied in small radius curve section of mountain railways,and combined with the characteristics of the railways in complicated and difficult mountainous area at the same time,a comprehensive method for the prevention and control of rail's abnormal wear in small radius curve section of difficult mountainous area has been given out from aspects of optimization design of curved track,reasonable grinding and lubrication of rail,roundness maintain of wheel and so on.
