非线性线路阻力对桥上无缝线路受力变形的影响分析

摘要
为深入探索非线性线路阻力对桥上无缝线路受力变形的影响,基于梁轨相互作用规律和试验结果,提出了不同线路阻力非线性模型。在此基础上,建立了可考虑不同线路阻力模式的桥上无缝线路纵向力学行为分析模型,开展非线性阻力对桥上无缝线路力学行为的影响分析。当考虑阻力强化时,现有分析方法可能低估钢轨纵向力,且跨度越大,低估值越大。采用阻力退化本构模型时,温度荷载作用下的钢轨纵向力值减小,对铺设钢轨伸缩调节器时的限值要求降低,但温度、列车等荷载下的线路变形过大会影响线路纵向稳定性。对于线路阻力的实际状态,不同线路条件下表现出的性质不同,现有线路设计时阻力参数取值的适用性值得深入研究。
In order to explore the influence of nonlinear track resistance on strain and stress of continuous welded rail track on bridge,this paper presents various track resistance nonlinear models on base of interaction law between beam and rail as well as test result,the evolution of ballast bed resistance on the mechanical behavior of CWR on bridge deeply,aiming at the stress deformation law of CWR on bridge,according to the actual stress state of line resistance and the issues:coMPaction,accumulation of plastic deformation,compression rheology and broken aging are showed by ballast bed under complex external loads,three resistance models:strengthening,weakening,and nonlinear regression are put forward,the deformation analysis under different resistance modes of CWR on bridge are carried out.When considering resistance to strengthen,the existing analysis method may underestimate rail longitudinal force,and the larger span the bigger underestimate;carrying out the constitutive model which considering the resistance degradation,the longitudinal force of steel rail decreased,and the limit requirements for laying rail controllers decreased under the temperature load,but under the temperature and train load,if the line deformation is too large,it will affect the longitudinal stability;For the actual state of the line resistance,under the different conditions,the different nature are showed,so the applicability of the resistance parameters in existing line design are worth exploring.
