川藏铁路山地灾害综合数据库与信息平台研究

摘要
针对泥石流、崩塌、滑坡等山地灾害风险防范数据管理的特点,开展了山地灾害综合数据库设计与开发方法研究。以川藏铁路沿线泥石流、崩塌滑坡等山地灾害专题数据与环境背景信息为基础,结合地理信息系统、遥感和数据库技术,构建川藏铁路山地灾害综合数据库与信息平台,实现了在人机交互的友好界面上对灾害数据的快速检索、分析、添加、更新、制图、输出等管理操作。其核心是建立灾害分析模型,研究山地灾害的分布规律、工程风险以及对铁路的影响,为川藏铁路线路选定线、设计、建设和运行提供山地灾害基础信息支持,也为进一步建立交通干线工程数字减灾系统提供科学参考。
Through analyzing the characteristics of debris flows,collapses and landslides,the method which is used to design and construct database of mountain hazards was discussed in this article.Based on the data including debris flows,collapses and landslides and the information of environmental conditions along Sichuan-Tibet railway,integrated database and information platform of mountain hazards was designed and built by using Geographic Information System(GIS),Remote Sensing(RS)and database technology.This system not only can help manage spatial data and attribute data efficiently for mountain hazards on human-computer interaction interface,also do to provide models or functions to analyze distribution regularities,engineering risk of mountain hazards and the effects caused to railway,which is beneficial to provide basic information for line selection,design,construction and operation of Sichuan-Tibet railway.Moreover,such information system is to provide scientific foundation for digital disaster mitigation system for arterial traffic roads.
