摘要

《内经·素问疏五过论》阐述五个医者常见的过错,强调社会生活事件、负性情绪、生活环境等对疾病发生、发展的影响,并重视心理支持及干预疗法的运用,这种理念与生物-心理-社会医学模式的核心内容"形""神"皆似;目前由于生物医学模式影响,"疑难杂病"在中西医各级医院的诊疗不容乐观;提出在生物-心理-社会医学模式下推进"疑难杂病"的新治疗观。
《The Inner Canon·Plain Questions 77: Treatise Explaining the Five Errors》introducing five mistakes that doctors always make, emphasize the impact of social life events, negative emotions and living environment on the occurrence and development of disease and pay attention to the using of Psychological Supporting and intervention Therapy in clinical practice.This theory is so much similar with the core of biopsychosocial model; Currently under the influence of biomedical model,"Miscellaneous Diseases"meets negative present situation in western hospital and TCM hospital at all levels.New treatment concept of "Miscellaneous Diseases"in biopsychosocial model is promoted.
