重金属污染土壤Burkholderia sp.Z-90浸出修复工艺研究

摘要
微生物浸出修复技术能有效修复重金属污染土壤,具有低成本、绿色环保等优点。本文从植物油污染环境中分离筛选得到有效菌株Z-90,以菌液作为浸出液浸出修复重金属污染土壤,考察不同浸出条件下的处理效果,结果表明在浸出时间5天,土壤粒径1 mm,温度30℃,土液比1:20,p H值为9.0时,重金属Zn、Pb、Mn、Cd、Cu和As的去除率分别达到45.0%、32.5%、51.2%、37.7%、23.1%和31.6%。土壤的不同污染程度也会影响着微生物的浸出效率,高污染土壤中Zn、Pb、Mn、Cd去除率较高;低污染土壤中As的去除率较高。
