考虑出钢时间和产能的中厚板炉次计划编制方法

摘要
针对中厚板坯料设计后的板坯宽度已确定不得更改的强制约束情况,从有利于炼钢生产计划安排的角度,考虑设备产能、炉容等约束,以最小化板坯的钢级替代、出钢时间提前或拖期、余材产生和板坯未被选择导致的综合惩罚为目标,建立中厚板炉次计划编制的整数规划模型。采用基于MATLAB软件的YALMIP优化工具箱对模型进行优化求解,设计基于钢厂生产数据的仿真实验进行验证,结果表明,与不考虑钢级替代和出钢时间调整的情况相比,采用本模型进行设计的炉次编制结果综合惩罚值更低、余材更少,求解质量和时间均满足实际需求。
Aiming at a hard constraint that slab width can-not be modified after slab design for medium steel plate,considering the constraints such as equipment capacity and furnace volume,an integer programming model with an objective minimizing the comprehensive punishment computed with steel grade substitution,tapping time earliness or tardiness,surplus material,and unselected slabs is built for charge design of medium steel plate in view of benefiting the steelmaking production scheduling.An optimization toolbox named YALMIP based on MATLAB is used to solve this model.In order to validate the model,a simulation experiment based on the data from a steel plant is conducted and the results show that comparing with the situation where steel grade substitution and tapping time adjustment are ignored,the comprehensive punishment is smaller and surplus material is less in the solution obtained by our model.In addition,the solution quality and consuming time satisfy the practical requirement.
