脱碳退火温度对取向硅钢组织、织构及磁性能的影响

摘要
合适的初次再结晶组织和织构是保证取向硅钢最终获得锋锐Goss织构和优良磁性能的关键。以取向硅钢二次冷轧板为原料,研究不同加热温度对初次再结晶组织、二次再结晶组织及磁性能的影响。结果表明,脱碳退火温度越高,初次再结晶晶粒尺寸越大,Goss及γ织构含量逐渐增加,第二相粒子数量略有减少而尺寸略有增大;脱碳退火温度越高,二次再结晶越完善,磁性能越好;初次再结晶组织中影响二次再结晶和磁性能的主要因素是晶粒尺寸和织构。
The primary recrystallization matrix with fine structure and texture is the key point for grain-oriented electrical steels to get sharp Goss texture and fine magnetic properties.After having researched dual cold-rolled plants of grain-orienten electrical steels for different heating temperatures' effects on primary recrystallization structure,secondary recrystallization structure and magnetic properties,we have gotten the following conclusions:As the decarburization annealing temperature goes higher,the grain sizes of primary recrystallization matrix become bigger,the contents of Goss texture and γ-fibre textures go higher,the number of precipitation particles become smaller and the sizes become slightly bigger,the secondary recrystallization become better and the magnetic properties go higher.The main influence factors of secondary recrystallization and magnetic properties are the grain sizes and textures of the primary recrystallization matrix.
