微合金钢中的钛析出相的提取及各相分离方法研究

摘要
试验提出了一种微合金钢中钛析出相的定量分析方法:用7.5%氯化钾+0.5%柠檬酸-去离子水电解液电解提取微合金钢中钛析出相,用HCl(1+4)分解细小颗粒的碳化钛,用1mol/L HNO_3分解较大颗粒的碳化钛,氢氟酸分解氮化钛,采用ICP-AES光谱法测定各相中钛的含量,用碳硫分析仪测定残渣中硫含量换算硫化钛含量。钢中细粒碳化钛占钛析出相的35.06%,粗粒碳化钛占钛析出相的22.99%,氮化钛占钛析出相的19.54%,硫化钛占钛析出相的8.62%,固溶钛占钛析出相的13.79%。方法的精密度除去硫化钛后相对标准偏差均小于10%,方法可靠,精密度可满足分析要求。
The experiment developed a kind of quantitative analysis method of titanium precipitates in micro alloyed steel.Electrolytic extraction of titanium precipitation phase in micro alloyed steel with 7.5%potassium chloride + 0.5%citric acid-deionized water electrolyte,decomposition of fine particles of titanium carbide with HCl(1 + 4),decomposition of the larger particles of titanium carbide with 1mol/L HNO_3 and decomposition of titanium nitride with hydrofluoric acid,using ICP-AES method for the determination of the contents of phase of titanium and carbon sulfur analyzer was used to determination of residual sulfur content conversion of titanium sulphide content.The results showed that fine-grained titanium carbide in the steel accounted for 35.06%of the titanium precipitated phase,coarse grained titanium carbide accounted for 22.99%of the titanium precipitated phase,titanium nitride accounted for 19.54%of the titanium precipitate phase,titanium sulfide accounted for 8.62%of the precipitation phase and the solid solution of titanium accounted for 13.79%of the precipitation phase.The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 10%except for titanium sulfide.The method is reliable,and the precision can meet the analysis requirement.
