浸入式钢轨热处理试验研究

摘要
随着铁路行车速度、年通过总重的不断增加和运营条件的不断恶化,钢轨磨耗和疲劳伤损显著增加,高强度、高耐磨性能的热处理钢轨可提高抗接触疲劳性能,以减少钢轨伤损的产生。本文通过使用自行设计生产的钢轨热处理淬火炉,采用浸入淬火液的方式对普通U75V钢轨进行轨头热处理试验,热处理后的钢轨抗拉强度≥1220MPa,延伸率≥13%,踏面硬度≥371HB,横断面硬度36~42HRC,满足标准要求。
With the increasing of the running speed and the total weight of a year,and the worsening of operation conditions,rail wear and fatigue damage increased significantly.Heat treatment rail with high strength and high wear resistance can improve the contact fatigue resistance,to reduce the rail damage.In this paper,by using the self-designed rail heat treatment quenching stove production,the immersed in liquid quenching heat treatment tests were made on the rail head of U75 V,after heat treatment the tensile strength is equal to or larger than 1220 Mpa,extending rate is more than or equal to13%,tread hardness is greater than or equal to 371 HB,cross-sectional hardness is 36~42HRC,which meet the standard requirements.
