三元复合驱注入体系黏度影响研究及工艺改进

摘要
针对萨中开发区三元复合驱投产初期黏度损失较大的现象,从生物降解、化学降解和机械降解三方面分析了三元复合驱注入体系黏度影响因素,研究了系统黏度损失及工艺特点对黏度的影响,提出了对静态混合器结构相关改进措施,确定了三元复合驱注入体系较适宜用静态混合器,确定了三元复合驱注入体系地面黏度损失在35%~40%之间,其中注入水质影响因素占10%,配注工艺影响因素占25%~30%。通过对比三元复合驱注入体系两种黏度损失评价方法,为三元复合驱技术的推广应用提供了参考依据。
The ASP viscosity loss is great during the period of initial production in Sazhong development zone by ASP flooding, and the influence factors of ASP flooding injection system on viscosity have been analyzed from three aspects, i.e. bio-degradation, chemical degradation and mechanical degradation. The viscosity loss and the effect of technical characteristics on viscosity were researched; the relevant improvement measures for static mixer structure were put forward and it was determined that the static mixer was suitable for ASP flooding injection system.The surface viscosity loss of ASP flooding injection system is between 35% and 40%, among which the affecting factor of injection water quality accounts for 10%, and the injection technical factor stands for 25% to 30%.Through comparison of two methods for evaluating the viscosity loss of ASP flooding injection system, it can provide a reference basis for the generalization and application of ASP flooding technology.
