深层天然气双分支水平井钻完井设计——以芳深6-双平1井为例

摘要
双分支水平井芳深6-双平1井的水平井段长度均在1300m以上,且两分支在同一方位上,常规钻井和压裂施工难度大且效果不理想。在参考已钻邻井井史资料的基础上,结合钻遇地层的地质特点,对芳深6-双平1井的井身结构、井眼轨道、钻具组合、完井、压裂等工序进行了优化设计,以降低施工难度、保证优质高效完钻并实施压裂。现场施工后,施工周期比计划缩短9天,创出单只牙轮钻头最长进尺177.41m的施工记录;通过对压裂段数的优化,上下分支井分别进行了13段和15段大规模压裂,改造效果明显,单井最高产气量达150×10~4m~3/d。该井的顺利施工及取得的显著效果为该区块钻井施工提供了设计方法和技术支持。
The well Fangshen6-shuangping1 is the dual lateral horizontal well with horizontal sections length all above 1300 m, and the two laterals are in the same direction, which is difficult to drill and fracture the well by conventional ways, and the effect is undesirable. On the basis of reference to the history data of the adjacent wells,the design of the well Fangshen6-shuangping1 has been made optimally for wellbore structure, borehole trajectory,BHA, well completion and fracturing operation, etc., combined with the geological characteristics of drilledformation, so as to reduce the operation difficulty, ensure the high quality and efficiency in drilling and fracturing.Field application showed that the drilling cycle was shortened by nine days, setting a new record with the biggest footage of 177. 41 m by a single cone bit. Through the optimization of fracturing sections, the upper and lower laterals were fractured with 13 and 15 sections respectively in a large-scale fracturing operation, which gained obvious stimulation effect. The single well maximum gas production was 150 × 10~4m~3 per day. The successful operation has achieved remarkable results, which will provide the design method and technical support for drilling operation in this block.
