等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工质量控制

摘要
针对等壁厚定子螺杆泵出现的定子脱胶、转子抱死等现象,开展了等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工质量控制研究。对等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工过程中的各个环节逐个进行了排查实验,找出了影响等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工质量的可能因素。针对各影响因素建立了质量控制点和控制指标,形成了一套完整的等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工质量控制方法。现场1986口井应用该加工质量控制方法后,脱胶率由应用前的30%下降到0.2%。等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工质量控制方法显著提高了螺杆泵加工质量,为其规模化应用奠定了基础。
Due to the problems of stator degumming and rotor locking existed in progressive cavity pump with uniform-thickness stator, the processing quality control for progressive cavity pump with uniform-thickness stator has been studied. Each processing procedure of progressive cavity pump with uniform-thickness stator was investigated and tested, and the possible factors that affect the processing quality of progressive cavity pump with uniform-thickness stator were found out. The quality control points and control indexes were established according to the affecting factors, and a complete of processing quality control method for progressive cavity pump withuniform-thickness stator was developed. After the applications of the processing quality control method in 1986 wells, the degumming rate was decreased from 30% to 0. 2% compared with the former data. Therefore, the processing quality of progressive cavity pump has been improved significantly by using the method, and has laid the foundation for the application of progressive cavity pump with uniform-thickness stator in large scale.
